Tammy brings extensive knowledge in billing and coding, policy writing, certification processes, credentialing, and healthcare operations. She has significant experience developing policies and procedures that support both clinical excellence and efficient business management, making her a strong leader in the areas of medical practice administration and regulatory readiness.

Her professional background spans cardiology, family practice, urgent care, behavioral health, and private practice, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the many moving parts involved in delivering effective healthcare. Most recently, Tammy expanded her expertise by obtaining her Rural Health Billing and Coding Certification, reinforcing her commitment to staying current in the ever-changing world of reimbursement, coding, and rural healthcare practice.

In addition to leading her own business, Tammy has served as an Assistant Professor at Frontier Nursing University since 2012, where she helps prepare future providers for success in both patient care and professional practice.

With extensive knowledge of RHC and FQHC operations, reimbursement methodologies, and federal program requirements, Sammie has guided numerous organizations through operational transformation, billing optimization, and sustainable growth initiatives.
